I always pay ASAP. If I discover something and bid just before the end time, sometimes I have to transfer funds, and sometimes that takes a while, but I always let the seller know. Or I pay as soon as I've seen the adjusted invoice, etc. Since my smartphone died, I'm a bit slower, because I have to get out of bed or get home to get online, as opposed to setting an alarm on my phone and paying through that!

I try to pay right away, but honestly that doesn't always happen.  It is never more than 2-3 days tops, but it isn't necessarily the same day the item ends.  I don't live in front of my computer etc so if something ends and I'm not on it may take me a day or even two to log back in and check.

Normally I pay immediately unless the auction ends late at night then I wait until the next morning as I don't want to risk doing something silly with paypal when I'm like overly tired by mistake.

Usually I pay right on the spot of it's a BIN auction. Other times it may take me a few hours to pay if the auction has ended and I haven't checked my email, but I will pay as soon as I see that I've won.

If I am buying several items from one seller, I will request an invoice in hopes of saving on shipping.

I always pay as soon as I possibly can! :) Which is usually at the latest a day after I win the item/confirm I'm going to buy the item. Usually it's less than two or three hours later. ^_^

Asap.  Usually right after the auction ends, or as soon as I get an invoice if things need to be combined.  Never more than 24 hours.  As an ebay seller, nothing irritates me more than having chase someone down, send several "reminder" invoices, and have zero communication.  If someone messages me and says, "Hey!  I'm waiting for some of your other auctions to end" or, "Do you mind if I pay on such and such date?" I don't mind.  It's gotten so ridiculous with NPB's.  >:(

Usually I pay immediately. Like within hours of winning, unless I have to wait for a combine shipping invoice, then I'll pay when I get it. If I'm not planning on paying immediately, I ALWAYS message the buyer and tell them something like "Hi there I was letting you know that I will be paying on X-date (usually 1-2 days from the day of the message) - please let me know if that is okay!" And then I pay... when I say I will. End of story. I don't bid when I can't pay. It's not hard.

I pay immediately or as soon as I have the total. Can't see any reason not to.

ASAP!  To wit, as soon as I see I've won the auction.  No reason to keep a seller hanging, plus then I get my item sooner. ^.^

On eBay (or similar places) I usually pay immediately, or as soon as I've got the total if it's multiple items. If I don't have the money, I don't bid.

Here on the Arena I've sometimes had to ask sellers to hold the items for a few days, as I can only pay from the Paypal balance and transferring money from my bank account to PP takes around three days. I generally try to avoid sales areas etc. if I don't have money on my PP, just to eliminate the need to hold items, but sometimes it's impossible to resist if something interesting pops up, you know. ;) Of course it's always up to the seller to decide if they're willing to wait, I understand they might prefer to sell to someone who's able to pay sooner. That's why I always let them know when to expect payment. :)
