Any dealings with Aniko79? HELP

HI everyone. This arena member offered me really great offer for one of my ponies and we arranged a deal where she can
make a payment on a monthly basis. I just now got around to viewing her profile and she has two bad feedbacks reported
both claiming that she vanishes and does not pay. She also has 2 good feedbacks reported.
Has anyone dealt with her before? What should i do?

When people are honest a payment plan is okay - but this person is playing games with others - here, at ebay and in 2 german forums... I don't know where else ...

Is it ok if I asked her to make a non refundable deposit to know if she is serious? And if she doesnt pay her first payment then the deal is terminated.
Does this sound like a good plan?

I don't know... I personally think with the negative feedback (and the lack of positive feedback), I would not deal with her with an expensive pony at risk. :/ If she proved herself to be in good standing with the community now, that would be one thing... But she hasn't.

A non-refundable deposit would be what I would ask for as well given her feedback. I would make sure you have a clear payment schedule set up with her too, and if she disappears for a month with no payment, find someone else to buy the pony instead (but make sure to let her know that this will happen, and if she questions it, point to her feedback and say you cannot afford to waste time). And definitely do not send anything until she's paid in full.

Personally, I would avoid at all costs. Not worth my time and effort if she disappears on me!

Although I am more inclined to tell you to not to deal with this person, as she has been a huge headache for folks.  The choice is oviously yours.

I think Glacia has a perfect plan if you do decide to go through it though.  I would set the rules and if she does not follow through then you have some recourse for yourself in the end.

Glacia has some good advice for you if you really want to go ahead with it, but personally I would avoid dealing with this buyer after her recent escapades on multiple forums. I'm sure you'll find another buyer for your pony that will be much easier to deal with and less risky

Thanks everyone. I gave her the terms one being that she make the first deposit today and she still wanted to take two weeks to make the first deposit so I decided
not to go through with the purchase. Thank you everyone for your advice!
