is there any MLP 80ies magazine directory?

i am looking for a special issue, i think i had it when i was a kid

Do you mean a list of all the UK released magazines?

There was a website a few years ago which had all the front covers but it hasnt worked for a while now unfortunately.

Do you remember what was on the cover? I am sure someone will be able to help you out with a scan if we can track down which magazine it was.

the bad thing is that its a german magazine. but maybe the stories and everything else is similar and just has been translated

it was the issue which came after the issue with applejack on the cover who is trapped in a magic circle from 1989

The German magazines were the same as the UK ones I believe just translated and with the sent in letters/editorial element different depending on the country.

The issue with Applejack getting stuck in a magic circle is #36 and the one afterwards is called Tootsie's Enchanted Time - is that the one you are looking for?

I only have low res scans of the covers right now.

The stories did come in different orders in the German comics to the UK ones.  I'd offer to go through my German comics and look, but I suspect the link posted above will be of more use

HA! very cool, thank you! i had the one with the magic circle DEFINETLY as a child  and i think i had the other one with tootsie too! very cool, thank you so much! now i can go and track it down on ebay ^^
