I would initiate contact with her if she is spending so much on your auctions.

Just send her a thank you for her interest and see where it goes...

Argh. I just checked the feedback of my buyer again today and Now I'm sad. They have a LOT of new feedback that are false positives of people reporting that they never paid.

So my question now is this.. If she does this to me and I open non payment cases against her for each item, can I still do this after leaving her false positive feedback as well? I know ebay frowns on that and she can request it removed.. But anyway.. Can I do that AND file the cases against her? Or is it one or the other?

The last time I had a non paid item, I was unable to even have the option to leave feedback once that case closed.

Also, if I open the non paid item case, I think after 4 days, I am allowed to close it to get my fees back.. But this doesn't mean I am canceling it, right? And they will still have the strike recorded on their account?

Like the title says!!! I want to warn you about this person!!! Who ever it is they bidded on some of my pony things that I had listed for sale on ebay. The first thing they bidded on was on 2/22 and they still have yet to send payment. A few days later they placed a bid on two items that I had for sale. They both went out on the 2/26. I have sent them many invoices and total and still nothing!!!

I should of looked at there feedback before my items ended. They have been bidding on item over and over and not paying for them. What really

me off is that we can not leave them neg feedback!!!!!!! I reported this person to ebay on all the items of mine!!!

They are so lucky that I will never meet them in person!!!!

Anyone that has something for sale, do not let them bid on it!!! They are also going after dolls to!!!!

Yes she is one to block for sure. She bid and won one of my items and has yet to pay. Looking through her feedback it is nothing but false-positives.
I have to wait a few more days then will file a NPB report on her.
So annoying that ebay lets bidders continue to get away with this horrible behavior over and over and over again.

This just makes me MAD!!!!!!! I wish I could meet this person in person!!! But then I do not want to sound like a horrible person!

I wish ebay would do more about this!!!! They are not doing there job, its not like its just been going on a day or two.

And it says her name is *edit*.. I have a feeling that is not there real name either.

I am sorry you had to deal with this gal. Because by the looks of her feedback she is bidding on items that she oviously can't pay for. Her feedback was good at first and then went downhill fast............

But in that being said you did the right thing by reporting her. I would also make sure you file a NPB case against her if you have not already. She needs to be stopped before she screws anyone else over.

Oh great seriously this is not good. That means Maniah's initial concerns are very real and I was so hoping it wasn't the case. Getting rid of being able to leave a negative feedback for a buyer is just not working EBAY! You need to change this. We have no control over the scammers now. This woman needs to be reported through ebay as she needs to have her account investigated. I would call ebay and get that ball rolling now. And anyone else that has this same buyer...do the same. The more calls into ebay the better.
