I am quite surprised, as well. Yeah, they will definitely be blocked. I do not have time (or patience) for stuff like that. Grr. I did LOL when they sent a message saying, "You probably think I'm the worst buyer ever!"

They were already on the Time Waster list but I had not bothered to read that portion of the Bad Trader List. I had primarily just checked that as far as making purchases...

I never cancel transactions, I do a NPB case, mostly because as a seller, if you have any NPB strikes, you're automatically blocked under my listing settings. Because we can't see that stuff on an ebay member's profile, and we can't leave neg FB now, I just block the NPB's. With that and my block list from the bad trader's list and trader support threads here and on the TP, I haven't had too many troubles!
