There are no RRPs on G1 ponies after all and if a buyer wants a pony so much I personally don't have an issue with someone spending over the odds - heck I know there are some ponies and accessories that I have seriously over spent on at auction or BIN but at the time I was fortunate to have the money and I wanted . Yes, it is much higher than average but then again she also sells for lower than average and a lot of the prices mentioned here for her are on the low side - so I guess its hit or miss and luck if you get a bargain or have to over spend sometimes.

Well done on Dutch Hearth pony! 
I´ve got my mint Night Glider for 20 euros some years ago. This auction looks like a biding war to me.

Eighty-one frickin' dollars for Night Glider?  I think I got mine for 20 or 30 bucks a while back.
