There's a Build a Bear at the mall near my apartment... soon it looks like I'll have to swallow my embarrassment and go get myself a Build a Pony!

I have an "in" at Build A Bear and I've been told that they want to release more characters, but every store needs to sell out of the initial offerings before they'll develop more.

Basically, if the plushies sell, they'll make more characters.

I'm glad the Build A Bear ponies don't interest me much. If they had Fluttershy, I'd have to get her, but luckily I can pass. I only own one Build A Bear and that's Hello Kitty. While I adore her, I spent way more to get her than I would have liked.
