Which means she'll just continue this terrible excuse for "customer service". 

Personally I would say no, as this behavior is nothing new and has been going on for years.  It's only when she gets backlogged enough for people to post about their issues that she actually attempts any kind of customer service.

Just a thought, but there should probably be a note about this beside the link to her store in the Customs Info sticky. It's very misleading to see a disclaimer about one shop there, but not Tina's. Even a link to this thread would be helpful so people can be warned and make an informed decision. I myself could not find the colours I needed anywhere else, and because people are reporting her making good on their orders lately, I very hesitantly placed an order January 24th. I'll be keeping an eye on my PP refund window, and I'll report back here with the outcome. I must REALLY want that hair to be handing her my money after following this disastrous thread since late December >.< Wish me luck ;P
