I have never ordered hair from DH or anywhere else before. I need some hair for several ponies, is it safe for me to order from Dolly Hair? I don't want to be scammed and this thread kinda worries me 
You are probably safest ordering from her now, rather than later. Once this mess has had time to die down, she will probably revert to her old tendencies. At least, that seems to have been her pattern in the past.
Which means she'll just continue this terrible excuse for "customer service".
Personally I would say no, as this behavior is nothing new and has been going on for years. It's only when she gets backlogged enough for people to post about their issues that she actually attempts any kind of customer service.
