Awwww, don't feel bad, Squirmy! I guess I never thought of it as being a "bad trader" thing so much as just "be prepared to wait forever and email a million times if you want your stuff, such is the price you pay for MLP-like hair." I mean, clearly MOST orders get filled without issue, but every time someone brings up "DollyHair is being slow, help", it seems like there are five or six people adding stories of how they had to badger her for a month or two until they got their hair.
The 2006 thing I was thinking of was
this one. It wasn't so much what happened initially (hair not received) that was bad as the response to it. Though of course I realize that was six years ago and people can change. (It was really off-putting at the time, though.)
Nearer at hand, a few days ago someone was trying to get a response
after $70 worth of goods didn't arrive.
