Color me unimpressed by the blue squiggles.  They look like something you'd find on a CD of free clipart.

Are we SURE she's bigger than a regular brushable?  Either she's not much bigger or else that is one massive hairbrush.

The ebay auction shows her with a regular G4 Pinkie Pie. She is most definitely bigger. I also noticed she has a different hair color than regular Pinkie Pie.

How are we not at least some of the target audience? I can see re-releasing the Mane 6 every few years as little girls age into MLP who were previously too little/not born, but I can't even see the "target audience" of little girls wanting 20 different versions of the Mane 6, nor can I see their parents being willing to shell out money for the eleventybillionth Pinkie Pie when "you already have one just like that!" (Who remembers that from childhood ?) And their "target audience" also watches the cartoon. I remember being a little girl and wanting the characters from the movies and cartoons that I watched. So I can't imagine that the little girls that MLP is aimed at aren't wondering why they can't have a Big Mac to go along with Miss Cheerilee.

Whadaya mean "from childhood? " I'm 27 and I still hear "Don't you have that Pony?" from my mother all the time.

I spent a while explaining to my Brony friends that Hasbro rarely listens to the older fanbase and will gladly sacrifice us to pander to its perceived target audience. Still with all the Brony pandering they keep missing the mark. Hopefully the baby steps they're taking will snowball and we can finally find a happy medium of collectors/Bronies and kids.
