Not easily- (I gave them a real tug but gave up when they didn't budge)  but if anyone can do it Karin, you can :D  Maybe I'll take a more serious look and get back to you...

 
- I painted mine too-  I started out removing the black stuff using nail polish remover- with some better advice- got the rest off way more easily with acetone- then pained with acrylics.

I didn't think pen would turn out the way I wanted it to...
