Yes the Peachy is exactly as Berry linked - she is a Portugese charm. She is the most common of the set but the one you have looks to be in great condition and has her chain which is fantastic!

The sitting Pinkie Pie is licensed merch as well - that pose is very popular. I think she may be an ornament but honestly I could be remembering completely incorrectly.
