Little update: Still no response, but i saw she didn't read my messages. I will wait with feedback, it seems she's not online here, it wouldn't be fair to leave neg feedback when maybe she has some sort of problems(?) Hopefully she's alright.

Hmm I am not trying to be mean or anything by asking, but do people normally leave feedback neg or neutral for free stuff? I give away things in my contests, and I might have had one or two people leave me feedback? I was surprised since it wasn't a sell or trade. I wouldn't leave feedback for something that was free I didn't get and hope she later makes it right. That is just me though. I don't see it as a transaction.

She held a raffle and promised the winner (in this case, me) a prize. To me, it's kinda rude at this point, free or not. I've waiting many months now without contact (and i've tried).

Don't hold raffles if you don't play by the 'rules'. Kinda annoys me, not the prize i'll miss out, but the behavior.

Difficult situation you have here Hocus...i'm leaning to the neg feedback but when i read Majesty's comment it make sense also...
I think i leave a neutral....that way you can tell how you felt about the raffle but do not major damage to the reputation of LL...

A free raffle is just as much a promise to commit as a swap or a trade, to me. 

It's wouldn't be a good idea to let people get away with running raffles then not following thru with them; they should at *least* PM the winners and the mods if the situation has changed and they can no longer afford to follow through with it.

I thought of a neutral too, i wouldn't leave a negative for this. But i'm not too excited about the chance i might get a neutral back as response.

I think I was the winner of some similar free raffle or giveaway, but nothing ever came of it too. I wasn't sure whether it would count as being similar to a trade or swap, like yourself, but I guess it does?...

She wasn't online for over two month - what if something happens and she's really not able to take care about the arena at the moment - if something pretty much more important rushed into her live?

Like i said, i wouldn't leave a negativ, in worst case i would leave a neutral. I also said, at this moment i'm not in a position to act on it so i will not leave any feedback at all.

I don't understand Your comment; "You didn't loose anything except a custom"?....uhm...what?! That's not even the point.
And even if it was, it would have been my fully right to want the prize i won fair and square. The point in this case, however, is that a raffle is held without the prize given to the winner. Sure, maybe she has real life problems but since i don't have ANY contact with her, how am i supposed to know? I'm not psychic.

I am doing a raffle myself right now and have done another in the past. If i didn't give the prize to the winner, offcourse they wouldn't like that either. That's people's fully right to say something about it (if that was the case). Don't hold (free) raffles if you don't give out prizes. That's not fair to the winner, who ends up getting excited over nothing. 

Well, enough said, right?!
