Underwater City of Aquastria?  Could it be?  Sea Ponies?  Might not be 100% show Canon if it's a book, but I'll take it!!

I went to the website of Little Brown Books and searched for "My Little Pony" . . . it seems legit!  It does mention those titles!!!!
