Special edition pet?

I was looking around in the store and saw that some packages had stickers saying "special edition pet", and  was wondering why are they speciel? :p

A ladybug ith a basket, a toucan and a walrus :)

I believe they are limited edition and only came one to a box with an assortment. Some may have special paint too.
