Yep, that's Cadance spelt incorrectly, with Pinkie Pie randomly on the artwork!

I'm guessing that's a bog standard Poundland/dollar store style tiara packaged up with MLP branding. Odd, but there you go.

If anyone wants one, there's loads in my local branch so just let me know
