Gotta admit I love the little doggy....is she gone now? I probably missed her.

Depends on where you live, although I believe that some McDonalds get the toys in different orders. One of my McDonalds got the last two (Minka and Russel, IIRC) first and just got the Pepper/Sunil box. I remember the same thing happened with the 2011 MLP toys - some McDonalds were already offering Princess Celestia at the start while others didn't get her until basically the last week.
So there is a chance that Zoe's still be around.
