PC on Woosie

Hello ponyers! I have a chance to purchase a Woosie with a cut tail. They are asking for an offer, but I'm not sure how much she is worth. Her tail is not butch cut, but around half of it might be missing. The current owner has no idea how to fix/rehair it. and to be honest I dont either, but she is still very cute. Any suggestions?

I would put her low as well $4-5 as its not like she is an easy re hair unfortunately and you can get minty ones for the $10 mark.

OK all, her tail with curl ends at her back hoof.  Any clue what her DH color would be?

Are you SURE her tail has been cut?  Happy Tails ponies have pretty short tails--to prevent them from getting tangled when they spin.  If it reaches to her back hoof, that suggests to me that it's either uncut or has just been trimmed a little.

The hair colour looks like it might be "yellow fever", but she is probably very difficult to rehair because of the tail mechanism.

I'm thinking now just a trim.  The mane, more trimmed.  It seems to match the Butterfly I have, so I could easily re-mane her tonight if ijen wants.
