Zero feedback and just joined ebay seller

I have a buyer that has 0 zero feedback and has joined today on ebay , how would you feel selling to them ??  What should a seller do on this cases??

You don't have to do anything. Set up your npb case to automatically file if they don't pay within four days. Once it's filed, they have another 4 days to pay before the case closes and refunds your fees. You can also set it to automatically relist. Unfortunately, you can't force someone to pay.

I agree with ClosetAvalanche. Everyone has to start somewhere, so just because someone has 0 feedback & a brand new account doesn't necessarily mean they won't pay. Best of luck to you!

According to ebay's policy you have to sell to them.
I've had better luck dealing with people who have no feedback than people with 100+.
Don't worry about it.  Have they paid??

We all had to start somewhere. Give them a chance to pay for the stuff they bid on. If they don't pay, open a npb case.

they just sent me a question about combining shipping charges:)
but i noticed the joining date ,and yes I agree every buyer has to start somewhere
they are from UK
Just started selling so just trying to be informed on these type of transactions

I'd say hope for the best .  Yes there have been a lot of newbie NPB's, but everyone has to start somewhere and since this person already contacted you at least its looking good for now

I agree with kakenterprise - I have had less trouble with people with a zero or very low rating than someone with a larger feedback rating. The amount of non paying bidders I have had with really good feedback all round is a nightmare, I have occasionally had one with a zero rating not pay, but they are generally good.

If they are in contact, this is a good sign too wishing you all the best with it!

Maybe I'm wrong but I tend to think that if someone opened an account and bid on the same day it's a good sign. It means the were really interested in your item. So much so that they made an Ebay id!

That's the way I see it. Of course, many zero feedback buyers are non-paying but definitely not all. Honestly, the only feedback number I notice a decline in non-paying bidders is 500 & up. Before that number, it's basically fair game for non-payers :-/
