I can't seem to find what this pony was called or a price for her. She is Orange with what looks like a bullseye on her butt with a bunch of stars and other circles and a few music notes on her.

She seems to mostly be called the Pop Pony or Pop Art Pony.

She actually turns up MIB more than she does loose because she was a collectors pony mainly therefore she prices around $25.
