I am not certain on that to be honest - it says Halloween so I think you should be safe to Halloween midnight where ever you are but personally I would make sure to get it in before that time just in case.

I joined too, just after midnight on hallowe'en by the time I clicked 'send'.  Lol, I hope that's ok.  I was working on a cake project, and it was failing hard!  I spent 3 hours, and I didn't get a single usable cake-pop out of it >.<  If I missed it, I'll just have to join next year.
