Hm I think in the past was theer a form where we wrote in which swaps we would lik eto join, which swap level + the references...

and after that we got another form for the wantlists and other informations.

TOO MANY DIFFERENT people don't read everything.

I read everthing - it was just a question if we need a special "form" to sent in the mail with refferences and the swaps we want to join - like the last years.
I remember that last year someone asked the same question - and after that a form was up - we all filled out this form - then we heared back after the refferences were cleared and got another form for the wantlist and other infos.

Sorry Loa - I just asked a question - nothing else!
I read the whole topic with Rule etc... more them 3 times and haven't found anything about it - so I better ask here before I make a mistake!

Does that mean, if one joins, they need to ask members for references? Or do the swap hosters take a look at members feedback? I'm not sure i understand

The swap hosts will review the feedback you have and contact the person who left the feedback for you

In the past you just suggest the people in a list and then the swap organizers message each person you submit and that person basically gives you a report card- I've had to answer a few "reference checks" before. It is just like at a job. You provide the references and the "employer" (host) then notifies those refs. and gets a report back.
