''Little Lacey'' plush 80's doll...need info, ever heard of her?

Anyone know anything about this plush doll I found at a thrift store?
She's 4.5 inches tall, tag says ''Little Lacey'' by Applause. 1982.
I can't find any information on her other than what it says on the tag.
Wondering if she belonged to some sort of product line.
