Another thing... if the smell was so bad, why would they group it with thier other ponies?

Sorry about that, I am just so frustrated :(

It is completely understandable.

I am just as curious as you are about what exactly is going on here.   I just don't want it turning into a flame war, that's all.

i did i contacted the seller first and never heard from them , so i opened the case and then the same , they are just stating it was in perfect condition when they sent it,

Just saw this. So, I didn't respond to any emails, but somehow I said it was in perfect condition? You are a liar, and I don't believe anything you are claiming. I think you intended to open it anyway, but because it was the only one on ebay, bought it mib and now want a refund so you are only paying for a loose one.

This does strike me as odd.

That is defenitely the exact same AJ, and whereas I would never take collection pics of something I'm so unhappy with, I guess everyones different. I don't think this is a case of wanting to open AJ tho, all the other FSs are MIB, so thats probably not a motive.

But there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the pony or packaging in the FB pics? Please Hustonbrony, can you explain again what the issue is?

Definitely the same pony.

Yeah, I don't know what's gong on either. I know that I can't stand cigarette smoke and can smell smoke even though sometimes it takes others longer to notice it.

But as a seller I know it's impossible to have someone convince me that something I sent out was flaws when it was mint in the box.

littlefox - Well to be fair, it looks like many of the ponies in the facebook link are opened in different pictures. Not that that really means anything.

I have to add too that whenever I had a buyer open a claim they always say they messaged me and I never responded. I know in this case, the buyer actually messaged the seller but since Ebay insists to try and work it out with the seller, the buyer just ends up fibbing and saying "yeah they are not responsive" in order to get the case going.

I don't see any of the FSs loose? It doesn't necessarily mean anything, but I don't see the sense in just opening one in a set.

I took pics as i was intending to keep it, but the smell won't go away ;(!!  I can call you a liar as much as you can ,but the reality is i'm not happy with that , i wanted to keep them in their box , now i will have to debox the fashion style herd to make it work with the problem of one i bought from you , i have been thinkin of a rainbow castle to display them , but it is up to you to go for my partial refund , i asked on here how much a castle will go for and the price range is from 20 to 50 . Since i will have to spend this much more just to keep AJ then is only fair I get it refunded, that is my logic before the 45 dllrs refund request . I did have to clean this pony from how i received it I think the smell is from the box used to be packaged , I have not heard from you on ebay and i had to take action , you know you are not disclosing the truth on that matter on here .

Right, because I don't live at my computer 24/7. I will not issue a partial refund. If you want a refund send it back.

. Im not in my computer either , I'm answering from my phone , why didn't you take pics of the item on the back ??  Most sellers disclose the little flaws the package has ? Why would i have to clean a new item ?? None of the other boxes have the smoky of this one , honestly would you pay 115 for it on the condition you sent it to me ?? Why was it dirty ?

Oh goodness...yes I have to agree if you are not happy return it to Closet, to just go back and forth isn't really going to make this situation any better.  Keep in mind that in the future if you need to return something its a good idea not to alter it in any way..and don't take it out of the box to clean it if you plan on returning it because that makes it non refundable.  I feel its a resonable request that she had to see pictures of the damage so she could see what you are talking about. I have bought items from Closet before and she is nice and easy to work with.  Its just that we all can't be at our computers every hour, so its good to give people a day or two to respond. ;)  And in all fairness to Closet as I have mentioned before G4 MIB MOC are noted for having greasy issues, all of the ones I bought did. I quit buying the line because its cheap and not done well.  This can't be Closet's fault...it most likely will be factory and most of us that were into G4 at some point know this.  New or not...its just a fact with the G4 line.  If you don't see a picture you want to see ask a seller before you bid to send you one. I do it all of the time.

Uh, I hate the fact that this whole this is making me come of as a butt, but I'm just so tired of Ebay and buyers who abuse the system. :/

The thing is, from his first email, I was prepared to accept it for a return anyway, but he had to open that case and now my paypal is in the negative. I have to pay for shipping labels for my other orders and am have to borrow the money from someone because of my negative balance :/
