Can't Link to New Avatar

Every time I try to change my avatar and click save, it seems to change to 'no avatar', even though it also says "Your profile has been updated successfully."  Is there a way to fix this?

The link I am trying to use is:

It seems it doesn't like that link. Possibly the site doesn't allow direct linking like that.
Maybe try something like Photobucket.

Weird...I used my Skitch account to link my avatars and pics for years on the old forum...new one must not like it.  Good thing I somehow remembered my Photobucket password after so many years of disuse...
