Just sent PM replies to all in this thread. Sorry again as I said have been getting caught back up with things since power outage last week. Still working with everyone on getting things straightened out here I know it's taking time but will definatly make sure everything is put back rightly. Thanks!

Would like an update too.

FYI, summary:
Initial trade: MIB Favorite Collection featuring Nightmare Moon ($53 value with shipping) from me for MIB Fashion Style Applejack with bangs. Miss-communication and actually received 3" brushable Playful Pony Applejack with bangs ($12 value with shipping). Both ends received the items though.

2nd trade: 7 ponies ($56 value with shipping) from me for MIB Playful Pony Cheerilee no bangs and $82.88 from her to settle difference. She claims the package never arrived to her (tracking info says "missent" then "delivered" which means sent to the wrong ZIP code's post office then routed correctly after that), I haven't received the Cheerilee or payment yet (no tracking info ever given).

We agreed to dismiss the 2nd trade as a complete loss on both sides, so just looking for $41.06 to settle the first trade.

Okay, I think I haven't said anything long enough and I'd hate for this to happen to someone else.

A few weeks ago a made a WTB post at another pony board and DJ contacted me to say she had the "items" I wanted but wasn't sure what to ask for them.  I found it odd firstly that she didn't name the ponies in question, but moreso that she, as a newer collector, would just happen to have 2 fairly rare pieces of merch she would be willing to sell.  Just to be sure I wasn't just being paranoid, I asked for pics, which she sent.

The pics bugged me, because they were so very different from each other in "style," and one of them seemed very familiar.  2 minutes on ebay showed me why - she had just taken auction photos and was claiming they were her items.  The auctions were from 2 different accounts in 2 different countries and the familiar one was actually from an auction I was bidding on!

Needless to say that's when she stopped communicating.  If you CAN open a PP case, I'd do it now.

Hello all again quick update since I finally got a moment to get on the forums.

Alright so 1) Skeen I understand being wary especially with all the suspicious activity/scamming that has been happening in this community in the last year or so but it does hurt a bit that you make such a claim towards me when I know I haven't be anything but kind/honest with you. You asked for a few rare items and I had said I didn't have any current camera/photos for them but showed you the types you were asking for via Ebay because they were the only photos I could find to verify what generation and style you were indeed looking for. I'm sorry you took it that way

2) I honestly again would not jepordize my standing here after doing many trades/sales since August(why would I purposly give my personal information and stay around trying to be a fan/member just to scam? Seems silly) anyway they did run smoothly until October and I have apologized as much as I canonline and been trying to keep up and fix those left.  My bank is still overdrafted about -$700 and I dont know if they will fix it at all and my Paypal is totally shut down so I've been contacting to see if making a new one would be alright but still poses the question how do I get money for refunds into the new account? I just got a new job 2 weeks ago so I suppose if I have to I'll just be sending checks or cash to those still needing money back.

In any event I will keep in contact until this is all settled and please do come to be and discuss matters before jumping to paranoid conclusions, thank you!

I don't think you should be opening up any more trades until you have cleaned up your previous messes.

I also think that in future you should offer to send your half of the trade or your sale items first (with delivery or signature confirmation to be sure it arrives) before the other party reciprocates.
