Just got off phone with Paypal(again) asked if there was absolutly anything else I could provide or do to make this go faster/more smoothly and they only gave me a wait time on 2-3 days until everything is looked into. They've said this a week ago UGH. I've never had so much frustration with them. I am trying to at least also ask if I can add some funds in is possible to just pay out of pocket if they wont do the refund. Something has to work out so I'm not too worried just a little anxious. Will keep updating :)

Paypal can be so frustrating!  I hope you get everything sorted soon!  Just keep calling them; it is YOUR money!

Thank you all for being supportive and patient through this confusing time. Slowely things are getting repaired 1 by 1 so *crossed fingers* by the weekend let's hope all's back on track again :D

As long as you keep in mind that it would be appropriate to refund your seller her money when you receive your ponies, even if that means re-paying her after receiving a Paypal refund, then I'm sure both parties can mutually agree that occasionally a transaction will happen in this way.  ;)  After all, Paypal does give 45 days to file a claim if they don't arrive.
