Coconut Grove was the one Pegasus pony I spotted that got to keep her wings for "The Princess Promenade", as seen in this crowd that also contains a wingless Thistle Whistle.

Here's the G3 Applejack I mentioned, from "A Very Minty Christmas".  As you can see, while her toy was deep red, here her coat is more of a washed-out reddish-orange.  She's still got plenty of green on her, though.  It's just hard to catch her eye color because she's part of this dance line that likes to always close their eyes.

While identifying characters in "A Very Minty Christmas", I caught a few other Pegasus peculiarities.  First, Baby Honolu-Loo is featured multiple times during the "That's What I Love About Christmas" song montages despite not being part of the main story, making me wonder if these sequences were done first and Cloud Climber was a late addition.  Furthermore, Honolu-Loo isn't a baby anymore: Standing side-by-side, she's the same size as the others!

Then in this shot where Honolu-Loo, Star Catcher, and Thistle Whistle fly up and hug in the air, Honolu-Loo's wings are still the standard little pegasus wings with the spiral joint visible, but Thistle Whistle has grown long wings to match Star Catcher's!
So now I have this whole side-story going on in my mind where Star Catcher teaches Thistle Whistle the art of wing modification...

Some other things that were fun to see were how much Minty liked hanging out with Sparkleworks (must have been before her endless fascination with Pinkie Pie began), and... is that Apple Spice receiving a Moondancer doll?  Her tail color's wrong, though.

And look, it's Applejack's symbol again, on the tree!  That was a nice touch, decorating with everyone's symbols.

Here are screenshots of the visible castles from the map. ^^ I like how they were clearly drawn differently from each other even on the full map. it's pretty obvious the one just offscreen is Ponyville, which apparently celebrated either families or kindness.

I have been watching the  G1, G3 videos on youtube ,very colorful ,the g3.5 vids are cool too but not as good as the G1s, on G2's I have only found french tv ads ,there were no cartoons made of them???

G2 had no cartoons, but there was a video game called My Little Pony Friendship Gardens. You create your own pony and raise her to go over the rainbow to Ponyland; it also gave the G2 ponies personalities.

Here's a pony I made named Dreamwish. ^^

Yes, that game has some very pretty 2D animation.

There was a topic about The Runaway Rainbow's Game Boy Advance game the other week, which reminds me that I should check that game for ponies that didn't get toys, but might have also been in the animated movie.

These ponies on the drawbridge--for some reason one of them struck me as masculine.

Today i found 2 G2 pony couples who were a prince and princess and both of them share similar color schemes to these ponies on the drawbridge!
