bad dealings from 2 from china, beware order mix ups, updated :(

just a heads up about these two and if you are like me and  like to get things cheap and fast (fast as in not wanting to wait for them to come into a store near you)

iv had a few dealings from both yeyanqinggz and chaojiean19851220 from china on USA ebay. know this can be dodgy dealing with a non english speaking sellers i know but the dealings were really good at first so i came back for more. now these 2 people work together as to my surprise ponies i bought separately from both of them arrived in the same packet more then once saving THEM on post. i over looked this as it has to be bad for me to complain and i thought the post wasn't too bad arriving  a little over a week. then things were getting slower then not arriving or i should say missing a pony out when they were posting them together. which shows that i signed for it  . luckly i got a refund for that after a long time trying to explain to them it was not posted but it doesn't stop there unfortunately, after waiting 3 weeks for another to arrive it wasn't posted untill i opened a case with ebay because i was massaging them asking them where my pony was and  the language was getting really bad and non understandable so my questions to where it was was not answered which makes me believe maybe they didn't have it in stock so might be procrastinating.
(now that one showed it had left the country yesterday so will keep this posted)
now i am also expecting another 2 (my very last from these guys) should be interesting if they mix it up again, i get one pony and not the other. i feel my last orders are just so messed up  and is really starting to be a big pain in the cutie mark 
i will keep this updated to see what i get next, i have a horrable gut feeling what is showing on the internet tracking site i use is going to be either the very late pony or my 2 that i bought last week or may be they posted them together again.

sorry for the long post, hopefully this all makes sense and iv explained it clearing to warn other peeps. im not sure what to do, just wait along time or tell ebay about all the dealings and their combined postings. is that dodgy that they do that?

i really hate to think that this might have to be my first bad or neutral feedback i'l have to place

It sounds to me like they definitely have two accounts. And they are having trouble keeping up with what is what and to whom???

yeah I'm pretty sure likewise that a lot of the chinese sellers that have the Littlest Pet shop pets are either all the same person or all come from the same place, because I've bought from about 7 different sellers, and I get the SAME email from them, exact same wording and everything. I wait a while to give feedback, so they end up bugging the crap out of me for feedback, and they all send the same email within minutes of each other, it drives me crazy.

I bought a pony from them too and the one that I rcvd was not the one in the picture, was not even the right pony, it had the wrong tinsel.  They responded that they will send a new one, but yeah, I have had problems too.  I am waiting on my replacement pony.

i got a response from them like they were surprised i filed a case with ebay about them but they never replayed to what i was saying, they would reply to my massages but not to what i was asking of them about

I'm pretty sure a lot of these Chinese sellers are the same person with multiple accounts. I see it a lot with jewelry on ebay too- they'll have the same stock images, same location, same descriptions, and their prices hardly vary at all.

As she said, many of these Chinese sellers are the same seller. It's all well and good except they use all the different accounts to spam the same item on Ebay.

If you try to list the same item twice at the same time, Ebay will take it down. However, if you do it on different ids you won't get caught. It bugs me because I'm very much sick of looking at vintage Barbies and weeding through 1000s of ads that aren't vintage or aren't Barbies.

The problem is that they sell so many items that it's hard for them to get in trouble cause you are given more leeway if you are a power seller and even more if you are a top rated seller. So out of the 1000s that don't complain the ones that do are a small minority.
