30 days no ponies??

Giving this a bump for anyone else who wants to join.

Okay. I made it to day 2! (I was at like day 3 then I bought ponies on Saturday so I had to reset the days. )

I agree staying away from ebay is a big help. I also have no pending pony payments. So I think I'm good so far.

I've also been cleaning out other things and looking at other projects plus trying to finish my pony projects. Keeping my hands busy so I don't search for ponies.

Any other tips?

Anyone against sharing progress? I think this will help too.

After making my last purchase for the month, I'm quitting for 30 days. I need to focus on cleaning my current G1s and sending off a few G4 to some lucky collectors and customizers.

This is going to be so hard I'm not sure what to do.

Teresat - those are all great ideas! Definitely keeping yourself busy is a good idea. And we should all share progress. I am on day 2 as well, so far it's okay but I haven't spotted anything I MUST BUY yet, so...

Yes it will! If I'm not home sick I cannot buy things...in my defense I have been sleeping a lot to get better. I couldn't sleep now because the other half has caught my sickness. She's snoring something awful and keeping me awake since she cannot breath properly.

I think getting some pony hair and doing lots of restores and hairing might keep me from buying. We could have something like knitting circles, but ponies and hair.
