You make 2 payments, the original price for the items and shipping to them, then they'll invoice you for the shipping to you. Was it pending on their site? I'm wondering, if it's just pending on their own site, and disappeared, if they just need to get it updated. It's the weekend so maybe it's in limbo while they're out of the office? Either way, just add a comment to your order asking about it, they've always been very nice to me, and pretty quick.
