Taobao Pony Booth in Bangkok - rediscovered!

yesterday i strolled through a big mall in bangkok, thailand and found a small booth which sold PONIES!

they had all kinds of pinkie pie versions without symbol with different eyes and heads (unicorns too)! and soooo much blind bag figures!

are these variants they sell on taobao too? i am not very into G4 ponies yet so i didnt see anything special besides the missing symbol and the different eyes ^^

In one of the back rows I think you can see Pinkie as a unicorn!  Love it.  Not sure about Taobao, but could be!  Will need someone who is more familiar to answer that one.

What a completely random thing to stumble across. I would guess shops like this pick up "old/unwanted/test" stock from factories - much as Taobao.

no i didnt buy anything yet because i was just 4 days at bangkok then i went on my journey to singapore (where i am currently at), taiwan, hongkong, koh samui and then back to bangkok and i didnt want to take ponies with me on the trip. we go shopping on our last days at bangkok (from 16th to 19th sept) ^^

edit: i just started to collect G4, i am mainly a G1 collector but i get into G4s more and more

i didnt ask how much because i knew i couldnt resist buying and i have too keep my baggage low for my roundtrip i hope i will find the booth again when i return, its a labyrinth in that mall!

Haha, is it bad I am madly in love with all the items in the bottom right hand corner instead of the ponies... kitties and that blue bear/mouse -- amazing

And yes These guys have been available on taobao. The pink unicorn with no symbol was first available last fall.
