Maybe your buyer didnt read the description properly. From the title only I can see why she might have got confused, but from the description and your explaination (as well as the price) , she should have understood pretty well. Sounds like buyers remorse and  that she will not be happy unless she gets that refund. I would not refund her though until you have that doll back. She shouldnt get to keep the doll and the money.

1 they are an idiot/
2 they buy something, then they make up some stupid reason to return it thinking you are going to pay for return shipping, so they ship it the most expensive way they can
