Difficult Ebay Buyer melt.a.crayon

This ebayer bought a lot of custom bait ponies from me, was slow to pay, then returned the whole lot because "i thought they would be in better shape". They were free shipping, so the whole thing cost me like 15.00. She is a relative newbie, thought you might watch out for her. Also, the bait lot is up again in my store if anyone wants them

Oh yeah, my buyer returned an item saying she didn't read the auction correctly. She told Ebay she emailed me (but didn't and I called her out on the lie) and said I never responded.

Anyways, I got the item back today and she opened the product and disheveled it. I am literally throwing it out cause it's worthless now. Thanks a lot.
