Hmmm, how many swaps can you be in? Do the custom swaps rule of 3 count towards this one? If it doesn't I may join, I'm in the same other swap that a few of the other participants are in on another site, but I'm pretty sure I could handle 2 Halloween swaps at once.

That, and I am Salli afterall, I feel like this swap needs a Salli in it.

Honestly its the only town in the world and we have Halloween on the last Friday of October never on the 31st - every year it makes the news and people from other towns laugh lol!

It can be a little odd and sad for people who move to the area who dont understand and when someone trick or treats on the 31st because they didnt know and no one has any sweeties for them! On the other hand, Halloween items go on sale the last Saturday of the month so it means if you are from another town you can pick up great bargains!

Our area is weird when it celebrates Halloween too. If Halloween falls on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we celebrate it here on the Thursday before. Their reasoning is to many kids vandilize things on weekends. Never heard or seen about things actually getting destroyed... Although you will get road blocks because kids will cut down a tree and block the roads. Maybe they find less destruction during the week because of school and parents don't let them stay out I suppose.
