Is this coming to the uk or has hasbro said no?

It's a ToysRUs exclusive in the US at the moment it seems. According to Hasbro UK, no plans so far to bring it and other current exclusives over.

Yep, which automatically puts it over the £15 customs limit before you'll get charged. So hopefully you'll be able to find someone who can mark it as a "Gift" (then the limit is £40). Though to be honest, if it isn't sent by priority shipping or EMS and just simple Airmail I do find it slips by more without a charge (no guarantees though, and of course you don't get any tracking).

At this point in time its a US exclusive item....

But last year we were also told by Hasbro UK there would be no Canterlot items but all bar the Shine Brights and the FS Princesses ended up this side of the pond. As this is a TRU exclusive item - if TRU have international rights to the item it could still potentially be stocked over here as the decision will not necessarily be a Hasbro UK one.

So you never know but to be certain, at this time, you would be best to source it from the US.
