I just got a confirmation email from hasbro for the second one.  One step closer >.<  I'll relax completely when all of them ship, til then, I won't know if they'll cancel them or not.

Does this merit an angry letter to Hasbroken? I'm thinking yes. Who the hell has such a crappy check-out system, anyway? What's the point of signing up for an account if it affords you LESS SERVICE in the pursuit of an exclusive?! PS still pissed

I'm sorry for the people who didn't get one.  I had the problem where it wouldn't let me check out either.  It was in my cart, but my subtotal was showing up as 0.  I wonder if it's a browser issue....I was in Internet Explorer at first, then had to open up Firefox, sign into HTS again, and after that I was able to get one.

This is what happened to me.  The subtotal said 0.  Maybe it WAS Internet Explorer.  That's what I was using.  I had so much stuff I really needed to be doing, but I chose to wait this out, and I lost.

My second confirmation sent but I'm not certain at all if I'll have two. Even if they both ship the second is for my pony friend in NZ.

I did the signout and sign in thing just now and it shows the subtotal for me.  Ughhh.. so much for "Already being logged in" being a help to get her, it may very have well been the reason I did not get her.

I had the same problem.  I ran to another computer (just in case it was an issue with my computer) and logged in again and managed to finish the order before they ran out. 

I haven't gotten an order confirmation email from them yet, but I do have an order number listed for her in my account.

Me too! I was on my iPad and I had her in my cart, but the total for the order kept reading zero. I had to run to my computer, re-log in and then it worked. I'm so happy it was able to go through.

I ordered three seperatly and got 3 confirmation emails. Hopefully Hasbro will overlook the ones orderd seperatly and ship them out. My sisters really want one!!!!!

for me it was one two three.  i took half a second to try mlp10 than said to myself "are you crazy!! time is of the essence!!" but the load times where really quick even in last step with the processing.  Im so sorry for everyone who had trouble this is by far the fastest i can remember them selling out except for the very first con pony which was about the same.

They've obviously upgraded their site since 2007, that was amazingly painless.

I wonder how many they had available on the website?  I was able to get one for myself, plus told my friend how went to SDCC (and came up empty-handed), and then he got one too.
Now I feel a bit silly for having ordered one from Ebay, but oh well...

When I was inundated with 2007 SDCC superponies, they had a limit of two, BUT . . . in practical terms it was two per order.   I accidentally received 13 with no trouble, from nine or ten different orders.  They just sent box after box . . .
