craft room or area organization
« on: July 06, 2012, 11:01:31 AM »
Ok I am trying my best to keep my sewing room slash electronics organized. I have a way to switch it from crafts to electronics by having lots of shelves. I have lots of containers that you would find at Dollar general. My most effective way to staying organized is to clean up before turning the lights out. Which by the way is not always possible.

What ways do you keep your craft room or area organized?

I put things away when I'm done with them.

This - even though I like to think I'm organized.

I think just simply having a place for everything helps.  You don't have to go and purchase fancy shelving or drawers for this either - just say X item(s) goes in Y location, and that's where it should always be.

Mine are all in tubs and boxes, untouched, and that's the only way they stay tidy :P
