Weird Bidders on Ebay?????

All the NPB that have bought from me have 5 or less feedback and have absolutely NO contact when I try to resolve the issue. Then you have to wait for the stupid 7 days to go by to close the case when you already know the NPB isn't going to do anything. JUUUUST had this happen a few days ago. Ugh! Ebay used to be a pleasant experience for me when I first joined about eight or nine years ago. Now I'm having to put up restrictions and BIN with immediate payment action just to make sure they'll pay

Yep!  As I thought 3 non paid auctions since July 3rd....two with zero feedback and one with 3 :-( 

What do I do now?  How do I close these pending sales?  Help anyone :-(

If you go to the Leave Feedback on the right side of the auction link, there will be a link underneath that says More actions. Click on that and either click report a buyer or resolve a problem. Let me know if you need more help!

Im sorry to hear so many of you have such bad experince with new Ebayers.

I myself just created my own Ebay account. I've shared one with my mother for well over a decade and only have positive feedback on it. But I decided it was time to make my own.

However with a new Ebay account (even though I'm definitly not new to Ebay) I feel like I'm not really welcome to bid when I read the descriptions of alot of things. And while I do understand the worry from the sellers point of view I would like to remind all that not all 0 feedback bidders are bad people

There was one auction I really wanted, but the description said "If you have 0 feedback then write to me first before buying". So I figured I might aswell to give the seller peace of mind. She was ok with me purchasing from her and I made sure to pay instantly to proove I am an honest Ebayer.
I'm still waiting on the item to show up, but hopefully I will get one feedback after this If the seller can be botherd to leave feedback O.o Because that is also an issue unfortunatly which can create a problem for new Ebayers.

I agree, everyone deserves a chance to get started, which is why I haven't blocked anyone or discouraged anyone for bidding, nevertheless I'm still in the boat of not being paid :-(

4Lindy just go into the Resolution Center under your account.

And select I haven't received my payment yet, and then click the Continue button.


It will walk you through the rest.

I have had more problems with feedback bidders not paying than 0 feedback buyers. I have 2 I am waiting on right now where the auctions ended on Wed, I will wait til Tuesday to file NPB claims, even though i said it my auctions payment due within 3 days of close.....guess we will see.

Sorry you have to file with Ebay.    You can always PM me to let me know the IDs.

OK now what?  I opened 3 NPB cases on July 9th, and they are just sitting there.  No payments, no replies from the bidders.  Will ebay close them?  If so, how long do I have to wait for them to close them?  Do I close them?  Help!  And thank you for all the tips!

They can be closed by you within four days.  Ebay will then refund your FV fees and you can relist.

To close the case just go back into the resolution center and find the case. 

Then check No for "Have you received payment from the buyer?"

Click Close case.

But you have to wait the full four days.  So let's say you opened it at 10:30PM July 9th, you have to wait till 10:30PM on July 12th to close it.
