If she's special to you in any way, I'd say restore her but otherwise do whatever you'd like with her! She sounds like she is in pretty icky condition from your description but I'm pretty curious to see what she looks like... :ninja:

yeah, those are my thoughts about a non-rare G3 pony that might be bait.

I agree with what others have said.  Frilly Frocks is fairly common (I think I have 4 or 5 floating around here) so by all means restore her if she's special to you in some way (childhood pony; gift from a loved one; etcetera) or otherwise bait her.  :)
