I haven't bought many dolls this last year and I imagine this year will be the same. My husband surprised me with a pukipuki ante for my Mother's Day/early birthday present. And then I worked out a trade for a minifee mirwen. It was a resin heavy weekend! I'm also still waiting on the middie from week before last's trade. Of course everyone is due to come in this week while I'm on military exercises a state away

On February 25, 2015 I placed an order for a porcelain BJD from my favorite doll artist, Marmite Sue. Today I got the shipping notice email! I'm freaking out a little, not gonna lie. This doll is the grail of all grail dolls. The wait has been so very long. I'm most likely going to make a box opening video, which I never do, simply because this is the most momentous doll box opening I will ever have. And I just know my hands will be shaking too much for me to take pictures.

Harmony shipped today (three days early; I'll take it! ) but it doesn't look like I'm going to be home to get her, so I'll have to make arrangements with my PO.. who I don't generally get along with. Oh, life! Why you so funny!

Gosh, it's been forever since I posted in this thread.  *oops*  (Blame a marriage and a move on that one!  Also, he has three kids.. big adjustment for me!!)

Anyway, I did finally get my Big Dipper in!  Though, it looks like I didn't take any pics..    He/she is in my Mom's safe for now, as I don't yet trust the young ones enough to bring him/her home.  lol

But maybe in the next bit I will get my Big Dipper out and at least put in the blue eyes I got for it.  I want to do a faceup, but that is going to have to wait..  (I never have free time or space!)   Ah well!  lol!

There's a whole lot more going on than the need for a new car.  *sigh*  It might be a really long time before I am able to get a doll again.  I'll just live vicariously through everyone else!  I can't wait to see Harmony!

0.0!! just got a used dollzone Emily doll from ebay. has the box and coa, so i'm confident she's legit, but i'm super excited. very cute and i really reasonable price.

just waiting for the invoice to pay for her. then i get to make clothes!! *runs off to buy more patterns*

Yah. Got my doll today. She got here safe, though they only wrapped her in some tissue paper, no bubble wrap at all... and didn't  send the coa so ive got to message her.
