Ugg..have you tried to contact him about it yet?

If not a would send a polite email to remind him that payment is due.  If you do not hear back from him then I would open a NPB case.

And for some reaon that ID sounds familiar to me but I can't quite place from what yet???

I sent 2 invoice reminds notices and have since closed the case since its been 12 days since the auction ended. I know stuff happens believe me, thats why I was just giving a heads up, obviously he has been a  good buyer for other people

Name seems familiar to me too.  I would go with sending a message to remind him/her about payment and go from there.  Definitely let us know how it works out.  If he/she ends up paying, I would hate for the name to have a bad reputation for nothing.
