I would think that if they don't send you the right pony you can complain. It wouldn't make sense to me if they sent a completely different thing then what you specifically ordered for...

They don't care, to them they see 'My Little Pony' and grab whatever they have in stock, thinking people won't care. It's not right, but they don't seem to care.
Oh I'm MAD! I just got an email from them saying "We are sorry we are unable to fulfill your order ---- because the items are no longer available." WTH?! I'm seriously steamed. Meh, at least I have a Big Macintosh BB coming. But still, why you get my hopes up, KMART?
