Its so hard to not tell what the secret surprise gift will be :P im just excited about it!!!
Should i tell what it is at the end of the contest or keep it secret so the winner is really surprised when the prizes arrive?

You should tell after you decide the winners.  That way everyone can be envious to the won who won the surprise gift.

Yes, you could ask the winner if they would prefer whether to get their "secret" prize as a secret until they receive it or if they would like you to reveal it to everyone!
