I think sending the customs back is the best (or least worse) thing to do at this point. Just wanted to say that your egyptian custom was gorgeous.

It's a shame it worked out that way.  I've had a few swap disappointments in my day and it is really crushing.  You can't help but get all excited and then when things don't turn out the way you want it's very upsetting.  It sounds to me like they were sad you didn't like their custom and they took it really personally and lashed out at you.  No one likes it when something they made isn't enjoyed.  But it is important to be honest.  How else can folks improve?  The right thing to do isn't just to quietly accept your disappointment.  The right thing to do is address your concerns so both people can work something out.

I'm a big fan of yours Roogna so if you ever want to do another personal swap I would jump on that.  Just saying.
