I'd buy them whether or not they were trading or playing cards. It'd be a cool item to have. Hopefully the price is right. $3 for 15 would doable, $4 for 15 is more likely, and for me, would be a bit much.

And I've purchased cards from this company before, so hopefully they'll be just as good as their other sets
