I think the purple actually looks better with her cutie mark. In fact, the purple fits her eye color perfectly. : )

True it does go with her eye color well. I think it's just the orange/purple contrast that throws me a bit. I think I'd put an orange ribbon in her hair to balance it and it wouldn't bother me anymore

I knew they'd release Luna in that mold, as soon as I saw that Cadence had her "own" mold.  Hurray for mold repeats (no, seriously, I mean it this time!)

Wantie want want want want!  And when I get her home, I will paint her shoes so it doesn't look like she has tumor-flesh-shoes or whatever you'd like to call that mess.

Also that yellow peg looks so much better with purple hair.  Wow.  Now she's not Fluttershy with different eyes.  Yay!
The only thing that makes me sad is Nightmare Moon and the other TRU exclusives.  My closest TRU is SO lame, and about a half an hour away from me.  It takes them forever to get new toys in, so I don't particularly like TRU exclusives.
