So, I bought the Friendship Express DVD the day it came out, heard about the audio sync issue and sent Shout! Factory an email with my receipt as they instructed as soon as they initiated the replacement program.
Well, several days went by without a response from them so I sent another email inquiring about my first email to make sure I did it right, again with a picture of my DVD and receipt just in case. anyway around the 12th I received the disc in the mail along with an email response from Shout! the same day, checked the disc, it played fine, so I was satisfied.
So I go to get the mail today, and what do I find? another copy of Friendship Express, lol. So now I have two working copies plus the original defective one I originally bought.
So now the question is... What should I do with this extra copy?
