I dont really care that she is "from the show"...I am just loving a blue pony with white and blue hair!

I think the images at the Toy Fair showed her as part of the Toys R Us Exclusive set...dont quote me on that cause I honestly cant remember exactly....but I would think if they are going to the effort of making her she ll get released as a brushable single as well...or I hope so...I really really love a blue pony!!!

The MLP Facebook page during Toy Fair had the image announcing the TRU exclusive pack from what I remember, but not mentioning Trixie's name. But I also saw that she was shown with the ponies that are clearly going to be singles for the wedding line (having the wedding invite and a present; seen here). Also note that the two are different colors, the one shown with the TRU stuff is very dark with different hair compared to the one in the OP and the second image I linked.

Very least this is one of the legit ponies to have popped up on Taobao that we knew about a head of time xD

 Finally Hasbro you bring out a pony that isn't riddled with pink. I seriously live this pony. ^_^
